When will my Quarter Beef Ship? February 24th - 26th
What if I want to pick it up? We welcome farm pick-ups. We will even discount it $180.
How long do I have to pick-up my beef if I choose to pick-up? 7 days ... If you are not able to make it in 7 days we will ship it to you.
How many steaks will I get? We are not sure of that. Every animal produces a different amount of steaks. We will maximize the number.
How much ground beef will I get? Between 30-40% of the beef on an animal ends up as ground beef. So between 27-36 lbs is a good estimate.
What is the total weight of the beef? At least 90 lbs. Can be up to 100 lbs.
How will you ship it to me? In 3-4 insulated boxes containing dry ice. The order will come via FedEx.
Will I get tracking information? Yes, you will receive tracking information on all the boxes.
What size freezer do I need? We recommend no smaller than 7 cubic foot. This should hold the quarter easily and give you a little extra space.
Quality Control - All of our beef is USDA Choice or higher, dry-aged for 14 to 18 days for intense beefy flavor and buttery tenderness, and is hand carved by a master butcher at a family owned USDA processing facility. It is then vacuum sealed and flash frozen.
