This is a product that does not contain any Genetically Modified Organisms.

All animals are raised, fed, and live on native grass pastures in central Texas.  

No hormones are ever given to beef producing cattle.

Antibiotics are given only to sick cattle.  If this animal is a part of our beef program then they are no longer eligible for the program.  Our herd management and land management programs result in only 1 to 2 sick animals a year.  This is very beneficial to us because of the reduced cost of acute care and beneficial for the animals because of their robust health and uninterrupted lives.

Our animals are our greatest asset and even though they are raised for meat and profit, we strongly believe that our animals deserve as happy and stress free life as possible.  We use stress free handling practices and animals are only confined to safely administer any health care necessities.  

Beef produced by Fullblood and Purebred American Aberdeen cattle completely on pasture.
