Our Mesquite Country Beef Flank Steak has a beefy, robust flavor. Flank steak has long been considered a low quality cut but when prepared correctly flank steak is as good as any ribeye steak. Normally marinated or tenderized before cooking. Its flavor makes it perfect for spicy dishes like fajitas or tacos. Flank Steak is best prepared broiled or grilled, at a medium temperature. A nice marinade will tenderize the meat just enough and add to its already prominent flavor. Try cutting it into strips and add seasoning for a stir fry.
