Half Brisket

Mesquite Country Half Brisket is a year round must have for any beef lover. Our all grass-fed brisket has a lovely fat cap and deep beefy flavor that has won the brisket favor all over the world. Our brisket is cut in half to facilitate shipping but are a hefty 8 to 10 lbs. 

Beef brisket is the barbeque classic. A uniform bark should form around the outer edge. The brisket will look and taste beautiful. The fat cap also acts as a shield against direct heat, keeping the brisket moist.

You can cook beef brisket in many different ways including smoking low and slow for 8 to 12 hours, roasting, or made into corned beef.

Quality Control - All of our beef is USDA Choice or higher, dry-aged for 16 to 21 days for intense beefy flavor and buttery tenderness, and is hand carved by a master butcher at a family owned USDA processing facility. It is then vacuum sealed and flash frozen.
