A package of Mesquite Country Beef Short Ribs is cut English style with about 2 lbs of short ribs per package. Short ribs are great cooked in a smoker or in the oven with your favorite rub. A few hours of slow and low cooking will leave the meat tender and falling off the bone. Sure to impress everyone at any gathering.

Quality Control - All of our beef is USDA Choice or higher, dry-aged for 16 to 21 days for intense beefy flavor and buttery tenderness, and is hand carved by a master butcher at a family owned USDA processing facility. It is then vacuum sealed and flash frozen.
