Hanging Tender, aka Hanger Steak, is a very rare cut with only one per animal.  This steak is flavorful and very tender.  This steak holds up to a many cooking preparations, including grilling, pan searing, stir fry, marinade, and sous vide.  Traditionally known as a butcher's cut this steak has been a favorite of butchers and beef producers alike.

Quality Control - All of our beef is USDA Choice or higher, dry-aged for 16 to 21 days for intense beefy flavor and buttery tenderness, and is hand carved by a master butcher at a family owned USDA processing facility. It is then vacuum sealed and flash frozen.

No hormones, antibiotics, or steroids are ever administered to an animal that goes through the beef program.
