Chuck Eye Steak, aka poor man's ribeye, are cut from the chuck primal near the end of the ribeye. These steaks are almost indiscernible from a ribeye except for a bit more connective tissue. A great budget friendly alternative, these steaks are juicy, flavorful, tender, and easy to cook. Cook them over high heat for a few minutes each side for a great steak!
